DE Slider Co. is a restaurant concept inspired by his famous minis as well as the bold flavors he tasted while exploring the globe. Over the past few years, Chef Will has dedicated his time to traveling the world (over 40 countries to be more specific) in search of new food trends and culinary philosophies with the intent to further build his craft and company. Every recipe crafted by Chef Will conveys the many worldly adventures he has experienced, bringing a piece of the world to every single plate.

Chef Will’s popularity has risen greatly over the last several years and now he has a national catering company, and a team of Personal Chefs in Miami and Los Angeles. He is an educator and mentor to many in this industry, sharing his experience and story empowers so many food entrepreneurs to follow suit. His passion for food is clearly seen throughout Mia & Me Catering, a boutique client-focused catering service, named in honor of his daughter, TeMia.
